Tools and Information for Network and Systems Administrators
This site started in 1997 as I completed my Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification. It helped me focus if I wrote articles about things I was learning about. For the most part I've captured whatever was interesting or puzzling to me at the time as I moved through my career in information technology, and I continue to add articles of general interest to network and systems administrators of Windows, Mac, and GNU/Linux systems. I am focusing my recent efforts with L1G3R Information Systems, which is a full-tilt geek fest that combines my interest in operating systems, knowledge management, and Ruby on Rails web presentation.
